By placing an order on the Warmheatsauna website, you agree to the following refund, return, and cancellation terms. These policies apply to orders shipped within the United States and are designed to reflect the large size and handcrafted nature of our sauna products.
Order Cancellation & Returns
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations requested after 24 hours and before shipment will be subject to a 10% processing fee to cover production preparation, labor, and non-refundable payment processing costs. If an order is canceled after it has shipped, or if the customer chooses to return the sauna after delivery due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. In these cases, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs and a 20% cancellation fee based on the product price.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your product is damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

After verification, we will replace or resend the affected parts at no cost.

Claims made after 24 hours may be considered customer-caused damage and may incur a 20% handling fee plus shipping costs.
Return Period & Conditions

Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with labels intact.

The order number must be provided with all return requests.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted, and any resulting loss will be the customer’s responsibility.
Return Request Process

Customers must provide 5–10 clear photos or videos showing all parts of the product.

These materials are used to evaluate the condition of the product.

Inspection after receiving the returned item may take 1–3 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and typically takes 7–14 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Return Address
Please do not return any items to the website or original shipping address without prior authorization. The return address for your order may differ from the original delivery location. To ensure proper handling, you must contact Warmheatsauna customer support and submit a return request before shipping any items back. Once your return request is approved, the correct return address will be provided via email. Items returned without authorization or sent to an incorrect address may not be accepted or may result in additional charges.
Warranty Policy
Warmheatsauna offers a 1 year limited warranty on all wooden saunas, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Visible shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for free replacement.
If a defect occurs during normal use, replacement parts will be provided at no cost. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Installation Policy
Customers may choose self-installation or professional on-site installation. An installation manual is included with every sauna shipment, and our support team is available to assist with installation questions.
On-site installation is available for a fee of $1,800. If the sauna has already been installed, the installation fee is non-refundable. If installation has not yet taken place, the installation fee may be refunded.
