1. Shipping Origin

All Warmheatsauna products are manufactured and shipped directly from our facility in China to ensure the highest quality control and factory-direct pricing.

2. Delivery Timeline

To ensure your sauna arrives in perfect condition, we follow a rigorous production and logistics process:

• Handling & Production Time: 15–20 business days (Includes precision manufacturing, testing, and reinforced packaging).

• Transit Time: 20–35 business days via International Ocean Freight and Local Truck Delivery.

• Total Estimated Delivery: 35–55 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may fluctuate due to seasonal holidays, customs inspections, or port congestion. We will keep you updated via email regarding any significant changes.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

• Primary Method: We use professional International Ocean Freight (including all import duties and customs clearance) followed by Final-Mile Truck Delivery to your specified address.

• Shipping Cost: FREE SHIPPING for all orders within the continental United States.

• Taxes: All prices listed are inclusive of sales tax. No hidden fees or additional taxes will be charged at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your sauna has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will provide a tracking number and a logistics link via email so you can monitor its journey across the ocean to your home.

5. Delivery Access & Unloading (Important)

Our saunas are delivered via heavy-duty trucks.

• Curbside Delivery: Standard delivery is curbside.

• Site Access: Please ensure your delivery location is accessible by a large truck. Any additional costs arising from limited access, the need for a forklift, or special equipment required at the destination will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Inspection & Damage Claims

We take immense pride in our packaging. However, due to the nature of international transit, please follow these steps upon arrival:

1. Inspect on Arrival: Check the external packaging and the product immediately.

2. Report Issues: If you notice any damage or missing parts, take photos/videos and contact us at info@warmheatsauna.com within 24 hours.

3. Resolution: Valid claims reported within 24 hours will have replacement parts shipped at no extra cost.
