Warmheatsauna Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Warmheatsauna products! To ensure the quality and safety of our products, the following warranty terms apply:

1. Warranty Scope

This warranty covers all accessories in the sauna room, including but not limited to:
• Wooden planks and slats
• Benches, stools, backrests, headrests
• Lamps, control boards, oxygen bars, reading lights

2. Warranty Period

• Wooden planks and wooden accessories (benches, stools, backrests, headrests): 3 years from the date of delivery.
• Electrical accessories (lamps, control boards, oxygen bars, reading lights): 3 years from the date of delivery.

3. Warranty Terms

1. During the first year (non-human damage):
   • All accessories damaged due to non-human factors will be replaced free of charge.
   • Shipping costs will be covered by Warmheatsauna.

2. During the first year (human-caused damage):
   • Accessories damaged due to human factors will be replaced free of charge.
   • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

3. After the first year (up to 3 years, non-human damage):
   • Accessories damaged due to non-human factors can be replaced at cost price.
   • Shipping costs will be covered by Warmheatsauna.

4. After the first year (up to 3 years, human-caused damage):
   • Accessories damaged due to human factors can be replaced at cost price.
   • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Additional Notes

• This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
• The final interpretation of this warranty policy belongs to Warmheatsauna.
