Warmheatsauna Installation Preparation & Guidelines

Thank you for choosing Warmheatsauna! Whether you are purchasing an indoor or outdoor sauna, we hope you find the perfect model to provide long-term comfort for your family and make your neighbors envious. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following preparation steps and important considerations before installation:

1. Installation Service Options

We provide a professional sauna installation team to handle the entire setup.
If you require installation, select “Yes” on the purchase page. The installation fee is $1,800.
If you do not require installation, select “No” and arrange installation independently.

2. Foundation Preparation

Regardless of whether you choose installation services, your sauna must be placed on a flat, stable, and dry foundation.
Acceptable foundation types include: grass, gravel, paving stones, wooden flooring, bricks, or concrete.
Ensure the foundation can support the weight of the sauna and its users while remaining level.

3. Installation Process

After selecting the installation service, simply wait for the sauna to be delivered to your location.
The installation team will contact you after delivery to schedule a convenient installation time.
The team will bring all necessary tools and some hardware required for the installation.

4. Stove Installation

Sauna stove options: We offer both electric stoves and wood stoves.
Wood stove: Full installation is included in the service.
Electric stove: The installation service includes placement and securing of the stove, but does not include wiring or electrical power preparation, which must be completed by the customer or a licensed electrician.

5. Important Considerations

Ensure the installation area is clear and accessible for the team.
Keep children and pets away from the installation site for safety.
