Returns & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 10% production processing fee.

Returns: If you wish to return the sauna after shipment due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee. The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

Foundation Preparation: Outdoor saunas require a level, stable foundation (concrete, pavers, or reinforced deck).
Customization: Custom-built saunas are made to your specifications and cannot be modified once production begins.
Delivery Access: Please confirm truck access to your delivery location. Curbside delivery is standard unless installation service is purchased.
